I'd talk to your doc about a fill and see what he recommends. As for first bite syndrome, it sounds crazy but I heard someone got an adjustment from a chiropractor and didn't have that problem anymore (sounds crazy, I know). I've set New Year's as my last day of not caring. Starting Monday, I'm back on track and training for a 5k to keep me motivated. We all just need to recommit (I know this is easier said than done). So we can both get back on track together. :)Samanthahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09516153948541692628noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7052621850004589331.post-78457096433567559282011-12-28T07:42:36.722-08:002011-12-28T07:42:36.722-08:00this is a tough time of the year. lots of temptat...this is a tough time of the year. lots of temptations around! I just watch my signs (buying food that I know I shouldn't, snacking between meals, stress eating, etc) and go in for fills when I need to (even tiny fills). Stay with it, you can do it!Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07481080951811877651noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7052621850004589331.post-63719973597716380912011-12-28T06:00:04.080-08:002011-12-28T06:00:04.080-08:00Melissa, you are normal. After that, the tightness is not that bad.
I suggest you call the doctor and discuss with him; maybe ask to talk to a nutrienist too.
You are not a failure at anything until you give up. So, dont' give up. I've been the same weight for about a month. It's terribly obnoxious. I wish I had advice for you, but my plan is just get back on track. I've been skipping my morning protein shakes and I think that's been a problem. Good luck to you though. Hopefully we can both get back to losing.Jazzing up Jackiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06661839939288901000noreply@blogger.com
